  • Kayak a wild life refuge for Manaties at the Bel-Air resort

  • Explore the Mayan ruins of Tulum

  • Visited Chichen Itza one of the 7th wonders of the new world

  • Stop the get coconut water on the side of the highway

TIPS:

  • If you are planning on going to Xcaret Adventures Park, get the 3 tour package to save money. (Xcaret and Xenotes are our favorite tours)

  • Public transportation is very poor, renting a car is the way to go.

  • Its possible to visit Tulum, Coba and Chichen-Itza all in one day if you plan accordingly but we suggest you spend a whole day in each archeological site to really appreciate their unique beauty.

  • DO NOT eat in food chain restaurants, the best food is in local restaurants, mom & dad ran eateries and street  vendors.

  • Playa del Carmen is a must.

  • Visit roadside cenotes, it's around 5 pesos (.50 cents) the entrance, some are not that great but you will find some gems for sure.
